Privacy Policy — ClubTracker: Pokercraft Notes Exporter

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This browser extension (“the Extension”) exports the player notes you have saved in your own ClubGG Pokercraft account so you can import them into the ClubTracker desktop application. This policy explains exactly what it does with data.

What data the Extension accesses

When you are logged in at clubgg.pokercraft.com and you click “Export all notes”, the Extension reads your own player notes from that page using the same authenticated request the website itself makes. It accesses no other site and no other data.

What the Extension does with that data

It writes your notes to a file that is downloaded to your own computer (a clubtracker-notes-*.json file). That is the entire purpose.

Data we collect or transmit

None. The Extension does not send your notes, browsing activity, credentials, or any personal information to the developer or to any third party. It contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising. The only network requests it makes are to clubgg.pokercraft.com — the same requests the site makes for you — to read your notes so they can be saved to the downloaded file.

Data storage

The Extension does not maintain any server or database. Your notes exist only on the ClubGG website (where they already were) and in the file you download to your own device.

Permissions

The Extension runs only on clubgg.pokercraft.com. It requests no broad browser permissions and cannot access other websites, tabs, or files.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL.
